·         Close to Railway station.

·         Price Range (Minimum and Maximum).

·         Expected Rental Yield.

If you are a Developer your list may include the following:

·         Unit apartment Site.

·         House and Land package site.

·         Raw Site.

·         DA Approved site.

·         DA Pending site.

·         Price Range (Minimum and Maximum).

·         Expected Gross realisation on project.
